Getting Started With Kitchens Elevated
What is Kitchens Elevated?
Kitchens Elevated is a boutique kitchen design studio based in Boulder, Colorado. We are not a big-box retailer or a generic remodeling contractor. Our team works closely with homeowners across the Front Range to design personalized kitchens, from layout and style through cabinet sourcing and installation coordination.
Where is your showroom located?
Our showroom is located at 1600 38th St #101 in Boulder, Colorado. It is the only Kitchens Elevated showroom, and we welcome homeowners from Boulder, Longmont, Louisville, Lafayette, Erie, and the surrounding Front Range to visit in person, explore finishes, and compare door styles before making any decisions.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
We recommend scheduling a free consultation before your visit so we can prepare for your project and give you our full attention. Call or text (303) 717-2355 to set up a time that works for you.
What are your showroom hours?
We are open Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM. We are closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
What areas do you serve?
We work with homeowners throughout Boulder, Longmont, Louisville, Lafayette, Erie, Superior, Niwot, Gunbarrel, and the wider Colorado Front Range. Our showroom is based in Boulder, and we regularly travel to nearby communities for in-home consultations.
Design Process and What to Expect
How does the design process with Kitchens Elevated work?
We start with a free in-home or showroom consultation to understand how you cook, live, and want your kitchen to feel. From there, our team develops a layout and design direction, helps you select finishes and cabinetry, manages sourcing and specification, and coordinates through final installation.
Do you design kitchens for new construction, not just remodels?
Yes. We work with homeowners planning a full kitchen remodel as well as those building new construction, and with builders who need a design and cabinetry partner for a new home project.
Will you work alongside my contractor or builder?
Yes. We frequently collaborate with contractors and builders, bringing design clarity and specification accuracy to the cabinetry and layout side of the project while your contractor or builder manages the construction itself.
What if I already have a general idea but do not know how to make it work?
That is exactly where we help most. Many homeowners come to us with a general vision but are unsure how to configure their space. Our team will walk through the layout with you, considering things like traffic flow and storage, so the final design actually works for how you live.

Cabinetry and Sourcing
Does Kitchens Elevated manufacture its own cabinets?
No. We work with a curated network of trusted cabinet makers, which allows us to offer high quality, customized cabinetry without the overhead of running our own manufacturing operation. This means more flexibility and value for your specific project.
How do you choose which cabinets to recommend?
Our team specifies and sources cabinetry based on your design goals, budget conversation, and the quality standards we hold every project to. Every recommendation is reviewed and confirmed by our team before an order is placed, so nothing gets missed.
Can I see and touch cabinet finishes before deciding?
Yes. That is one of the main reasons homeowners visit our Boulder showroom. Seeing and feeling a finish in person makes a real difference compared to browsing a catalog or website alone.
Credentials, Pricing, and Working With Us
Is Kitchens Elevated licensed and insured?
Yes. Kitchens Elevated is a licensed and insured contractor. Our design work also reflects the standards of NKBA Member training, the recognized professional credential for kitchen and bath design.
